Offered from an estate is a used Scott International album-Part 5A-for the period 1963-65 . The binder is worn but thoroughly useable and in fair-good condition. The pages are like-new and gently used. The former owner- as you will note in the scans-liked to pencil-in the Scott catalog number and catalog value below each stamp. For spaces or pages without stamps, there are no extraneous marks, tears, stains, hinge remnants or old mounts;the pages are remarkably like-new- also,no stains or mildew odor. The pages are complete as issued, covering worldwide countries A-Z, but there are no pages for USA,Great Britain or Israel-so I have included several blank Scott International pages.I should note that the album does include pages for the People's Republic of China. These are often missing in these older albums. On the pages are mounted 1455 different mint and used worldwide stamps, both sets and singles. The scans give an excellent representative sampling of the contents of the album, but do not show all the stamps in the collection. A new set of part 5A pages retails for $99.99,but can be found for $ 79.99.{Pages only !}.A new jumbo binder-the size included in this lot-retails for $52.99,but can be found for $ 40.99. And these prices include only the album- No Stamps ! The bidding for this lot starts at under $20. This is an excellent, very worthwhile and useable album and collection. For this lot I will ship to USA addresses only.I ship by Priority Mail with proof of delivery, and often on the same day that payment is received. Please see my100 % feedback rating here on e-bay.
