You are bidding on a Vintage Scott International Album containing 2300+ Worldwide Stamps, a Two Post Blue Binder and Slipcase. See the photos. Many sections were not photographed, so you should consider the photos as a sampling of the contents. As with any collection of this size, you will find stamps that range from faulty (thins, short perfs & stuck) to fine/very fine. There are many duplicates, making this an ideal collection for a beginner, local stamp club, or for a dealer wishing to increase his/her stock. Please note that s ome album pages (countries) are missing. The pages are NOT complete. There is a very light US section, just some revenue stamps and enevelope cuts, which are pictured. The album and slipcase are in fair to poor condition, but I am throwing them in to keep the collection together. The true value of the collection is the value of the stamps, not the binder and pages. I ship by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation so that you don't have to spend weeks wondering where your item is. I accept PayPal only and will not ship outside the 48 contiguous US States. Please don't ask. I am not an eBay reseller or wholesaler and this is a collection that belonged to a gentleman that my father knew. It has been stored indoors in a smoke-free home. Sorry, no returns at this low price, but I think you will be happy with the collection. Please check my feedback before bidding. If the above terms are unacceptable to you, please do not bid. Thanks for looking and good luck with your eBay bidding and purchases !!!
