Scott Specialty / National Binder & Slip Case, With Revenue Pages! Binder In Slipcase Description Scott Specialty / National Binder & Slip Case, With Revenue Pages! This auction is for one (1) green Scott Specialty Series binder and matching green Slip Cover. It is the "newer" style, with three-ring page holders, NOT the older style with the long thin post. However, the pages WILL fit the older style binder, if your intent is to use the pages in an older binder. This binder has a " The National Postage Stamp Album" label applied to the top of the spine and "US Revenue Stamps" on the bottom of the spine. Both the binder and slip case are in excellent condition - there are no crunches, scratches, or any other faults to be found. The only "problem" is that the two self-stick labels just mentioned are peeling up slightly at one corner - a dab of super glue might fix that! T here are a bunch of stamp mounts still in the album. These are the clear front / black background type - either Scottmounts or Showgard. I'd say that about 99% of those mounts are still in excellent condition. A previous owner has written the Scott catalog number of some stamps, right below the bottom half of the mount. I have not taken the time to try erasing all these numbers - I got most of 'em but not all. Anyway, this is a great looking binder and slipcase, with the bonus being you'll get quite a nice set of pages for many back-of-the-book items, WITH some mounts already applied. Shipping is a flat $8.50 to any US address. The album, pages, and slip case are for sale ONLY in the US - no foreign bids, please. Customs paperwork is a nightmare, let alone import fees that the buyer would be responsible for. Sorry. See my other listings for more great items!
