This is one of the stranger books I have ever come across. This is pretty rough, side binding pretty much all gone by the looks of it, both covers really loose pretty much off, specks, spots and wear. Pages discolored, bit musty, general wear, specks and spots on covers. The title page says Thirtieth Congress - First Session, Ex. Doc.
