Its for reel to reel film splicer splice and edit 8mm film. Has original instructional page on how to work this film splicer/editor. Comes with 2 reels INCLUDED for free. The lamp works AND the motor works. It can go forward and in reverse. It starts up easily and sounds beautifully. In good condition. We are not sure what year it was made. This is a SEARS product.
