Vintage Sears Silvertone Stereo Portable Phonograph Model No. 5278.
Portable turntable with detachable speakers. It still works although the left speaker isn't as loud as the right. I'll try to tinker with that and update the listing if I get it working better. We actually played a few records on it. I can't find a date anyw The pictures will give you an idea of the general age by the style of the unit. The original owner's manual is included. Features of this item, as listed in the manual: ...unit can be used two ways - with speakers turned back and facing forward or removed and placed away from cabinet for maximum stereo...unit may be wall mounted. I believe it has a diamond needle . This is an estate sale find. The item is sold as pictured and described. I am not a collector or expert on vintage record players. I am honestly attempting to describe the item as I see it. Please see pictures and feel free to ask any questions. I am happy to answer or send more pictures if you'd like. The item is very heavy tfore shipping is rather high. UPS seems to be the least expensive. I've started the bidding low. Thanks for looking!
