DW3054 Cypraea fultoni f.massieri , 64mm(2.513"), F++/F+++, Mozambique : 's one Beautiful and Rare Cowry. From the pictures you can see that the shell has Great colors and Fantastic patterns. Even the base has a blush of peach along the teeth. Wonderful light brown spotting on the margin. The posterior end is granulose with some large bumps. GORGEOUS !!! The shell is in fine condition. Especially for a shell that was trawled from deep waters. The anterior and posterior tips are intact . One visible healed flaw on the dorsum. Probably a tooth bite. T is also one well healed bite mark near the posterior end that the pattern has grown over the flaw and blends in real well with the patterns with on interruptions. Just Fantastic. Displays wonderfully and will make a great addition of a "CLASSIC RARITY" to one's collection. Definitely for the serious collector and for those who just love the Rare and Beautiful Treasures from the sea. This will make one Fantastic Christmas gift for that special collector. Any reflective glare or white spots are from the camera. Happy bidding. General collection data comes with the shell.
