For auction is one Seeburg 100b jukebox c1951. It is one of a handful of jukeboxes that plays records vertically and it looks really cool when it is operating. It currently does not work, however the previous owner said that it worked the last time anyone was in his parent's basement 25 years ago. It needs to be completely cleaned & shopped and would be a great winter project. This juke would be a fine addition to your game room, recreation room etc. I believe it is complete except for the color plate/support and frosted glass separator piece (not necessary for operation of the jukebox). The record mechanism, selector unit and amplifier all appear to be complete. This juke has great potential. The veneer has been painted with that fleck-stone paint. The outside is very dirty but I believe it will clean up nicely. The Fleck-stone paint seems to come off easily using Goof Off. In the place w I tried this, the veneer is in very nice shape underneath. The outside glass and two inside mirrors are unbroken and the decal on the curved piece of glass (cover) is nice as well. T is a reasonably low reserve for this piece of Americana. Please do not bid if you do not intend to follow through on purchasing this jukebox.
