Up for auction is a used Seiko 7548 men's quartz diver's watch. The watch is in good working condition but poor to fair cosmetic condition (see pictures for details). According to the serial number, this watch was manufactured in February of 1978 (I believe this model was released in 1978). I am unable to open the watch so I cannot provide pictures of the movement at this time. The watch appears to be all original aside from the The day wheel is in English and French.This watch is in good working condition. Bezel rotates in both directions and It keeps good time and gains around 15 seconds per month. The second hand lines up very well with the markers on the chapter ring. I am unsure of how long the battery will last, but it should have at least two or three more years of life (I cannot guarantee the battery life). Water resistance is untested and is not guaranteed. Service history is unknown. Spring bars are not installed and are not included (takes 22mm spring bars, same as the modern SKX007 watches).The watch is in poor to fair cosmetic condition. The crystal (original Seiko hardlex glass) has significant scratches and wear, but has decent visibility from the wrist. The hands show heavy signs of aging. The bezel insert has lots of wear.
