Clean, Works. This, and many other testing tools I am selling, are from a retired owner of a Whirlpool TV and Appliance Store. The previous owner kept this Mike O Meter after he sold his business and tinkered in his garage until recently as he and his wife sold their house and are moving closer to the kids. I talked with him and he said every tool in his garage worked well, so I bought a lot of them. I plugged this in and the On light came on and beyond that, I have no idea of how to test it. I usually ship the day after payment, US Postal for Light Items and Media, Fedex for heavier items. The matte finish is solid and mostly intact, but shows wear. In a few places, it is worn through to the metal on edges, but no dents or scrapes.
