You are bidding on a heavy cream-colored porcelain moistener by the Sengbush Co. It was made in Milwaukee. It is used to moisten stamps and envelopes. Its free-rolling wheel is inside the well, w water also goes. Its condition is superb because it is without cracks or chips. It has never been repaired, however the original rubber feet have been replaced with felt.
