absolutely vintage and beautiful ...worn it to Santa Fe's BUCKEROO BALL in 1998 and Wille Nelson autographed it!!!!!!!!!!! Label " Hecho de Mexico ORIGNAL Azteca de Mexico Hand Painted Guarenteed Washable 14" as you may know the waists are adjustable so this skirt will fit a larger woman as well as a size 10 ... it is one of the best ... length is longer than most ... like I said the best!!!! Approx 32 inches. In black permenant marker Wille wrote "Ole Willie 98" ( I think ) Willie and the date are clear ... the inscription ( ALL HIS DOING ) the part, a couple of words, above his name is not clear to me ...It was late in the evening!
