The mini-series of Serenity comics, 3 issues in all, 3 covers for each issue were written by the famed Joss Whedon, is a continuation of the stories of the characters of the short-lived television series "Firefly" which aired on Fox five years ago. It is also a precursor set of tales for the film "Serenity" on DVD now. These RARE comic books were produced by DARK HORSE COMICS in 2005. Issue #1 features MAL cover (NATHAN FILLION) penciled by John Cassady, INARA cover (MORENA BACCARIN) penciled by JG Jones, and JAYNE cover ( ADAM BALDWIN) penciled by Brian Hitch. I ssue #2 features BOOK cover (RON GLASS) penciled by Tim Bradstreet, KAYLEE cover (JEWEL STAITE) penciled by Jo Chen, and ZOE cover (GINA TORRES) penciled by Joe Quesada.
