Flat partially file cut rib marked: Alex`r Henry Edinburgh and London/Makers to their Royal Highness the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Edinburgh. Flush mounted spear front sight. Tangent rear sight, missing elevator. Each set of barrels with own fore-end. 27-inch Damascus shotgun barrels with flat rib fully file cut. One-inch section of rib at muzzle fully engraved with fine foliate scroll. Barrel flats marked: Not for Ball. Barrels with doll`s head. Casehardened action with backaction rebounding locks 70-80% engraved with fine foliate scroll. Percussion fences. Stalking safeties. Finely checkered pistolgrip stock of contrasting highly figured walnut. Period compass inset on right side near butt. Vacant gold oval. Engraved gripcap with trap. Checkered steel buttplate. Splinter fore-ends with Deeley-Edge style release and engraved steel tip. Sling eyes. Pig skin lined fitted oak and leather trunk case with brass corner and furniture.
