This auction is for a set of 13 antique naturalist fish prints. The prints are incredibly detailed and depict the fishes at either natural size or close (none are smaller than 2/3 natural size, though one is blown up to 3.5 times natural size). All the prints are labeled with the fish's species name and scale in the center, the lower right hand corner reads "JULIUS BIEN & CO. LITH. N.Y." while the lower left hand corner has the name of the artist. This collection includes works from C. B. Hudson, Kako Morita, and A. H. Baldwin. Some of the prints include a plate number in the upper right hand corner, and those that do also include "Bull. U.S.F.C. 1903" in the upper left. The prints are all in good condition, with only minor wear as they have been shrink wrapped on pieces of cardboard. The wrapping on one print has torn, though the print is still in as good condition as any other. The prints with the cardboard measure from 10.5" x 7.25" to 10.75" x 7.75".
