Sorry, but I find myself having to file 2-3 nonpaying bidder alerts each month, which costs me time and money and keeps my items off the market for an extended period of time. Most of the items I sell come from estate/yard sales, flea markets, etc. Accordingly, they most always will show some signs of use. I go out of my way to describe each item I sell. My 100% positive feedback is a testament to that. You can review my condition rating system on my about M E page, which I encourage you to do, since "good condition" is a matter of interpretation among sellers. If I am not an expert in an area, I will so state, and you should ask questions accordingly. Just as in a live acution, all sales are fina l, unless I have seriously misrepresented a piece. In the unlikely event of that happening, I will gladly refund the auction price and initial shipping cost. Buyer's remorse doesn't count! No returns will be accepted on items sold "as is." DESCRIPTION

I've hit some great estate sales of late, so please check my other auctions. I've placed a reserve that is actually less than I paid for this lot of Hawkes crystal stemware last June. The replacement value of these pieces, which I believe to be Hawkes' Mallory pattern, is over $1,200. They are acid etched Hawkes on the square bases. Included in this lot are 6 juice glasses, 8 champagne/tall sherbets, 7 liquor cocktail, 4 cordial and 3 wines. This lot is in excellent condition with the exception of one cocktail and one champagne that have drinking rim chips shown in the last two photos, respectively, with chips at 3:00 o'clock and 1:00 o'clock. When you feel the square bases, you can find a flea bit and t, but nothing that is noticable to the eye. Always happy to combine shipping and provide additional photos. Thanks and good luck!

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES

The last change in postal rates resulted in a HUGE increase in sending priority mail boxes out of zone, especially in boxes that are larger than a #7 box. I do not pack items until they have a winning bid, but I do weigh them and attempt to estimate the boxed shipping weight. Please use the postage calculator to ESTIMATE what the shipping costs will be. If insurance is required on an item, that amount will be included in the estimate. It will also include a handling fee ranging from $1.00 to $4.50 (I'd say $2.50 is the norm) based on size and number of items I'm packing for you. I can assure you this only helps to defray the ever-increasing cost of the petroleum-based materials I use to pack your item extremely well. I order my supplies in bulk and still average $250 to $450 each month on packing paper, first quality peanuts, bubble wrap and packing tape. My careful packing with quality products ensures your items will arrive safe and sound. I am happy to combine shipping. I require that items over $50 be insured. I ship items (paid for by 9:00 p.m. E.S.T. the previous day) on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and occasionally on Saturday.
