A fine matching set of three graduated circa 1850's Antique Staffordshire pottery flow blue pear form jugs each decorated with a red ochre ground and flow blue flowers. The handles are modelled in an interesting bifurcated scale form terminating with a figural mask head. The decoration is further enhanced with hand painted gold gilded accents. The jugs display very well, and are in amazing condition for their age, the middle size jug has a tight hairline in the rim and the large jug has a hairline in the handle, t is some light crazing and discoloration on the inside and bases which is not unusual on jugs of this age. Overall they are in excellent condition, and are quite rare find as these sets do not often come up for sale. The jugs each measure 9-1/2" , 8-1/2" and 7-1/2" high.
