Waterford Crystal Welcome to Gothic Charm auctions Auctions of WATERFORD CRYSTAL CUT GLASS PATTERN: COLLEEN Auction is for a boxed set of SIX short stem wine / brandy goblet glasses BEMROSE & SONS ANNIVERSARY SET SIZE TALL: 5 1/2" RIM DIAMETER: 3 1/4" This auction is for a BOXED original set of 6 glasses, they were actually made for BEMROSE & SONS LIMITED. to mark the companys 150th anniversary 1826-1976. Each glass has an etching along the one side of the rim which reads 'bemrose & sons 1826 - 1976' with some floral etchings. The glasses have no other inscription or etchings, and they are genuine waterford crystal, as each glass is etched waterford on the base. These glasses are very hard to get hold of now as the colleen pattern is now deleted.Please be aware that each glass does contain this etching, but you cannot see it from the other side of the glass, so would still make a very nice set of 6. The box is very big and strong, and presented nicely. Please take a look at the pictures CONDITION: Excellent condition, no chips or cracks, finest quality from waterford and etched with makers mark. Would make a lovely present. Complete with large black presentation box with black cloth inlay.
