Here is a prime example of the great craftsmanship that Seth Thomas used on their turn of the century mantle clocks. This one is really beautiful with 6 full columns and would look good anywhere you wanted to display it. The case has been cleaned polished, the movement has been ultrasonically cleaned, inspected and adjusted to keep good time, and lubricated with the finest clock oil. All the accent pieces and feet have been gently cleaned to preserve all the original patina.Even the dial retains it's natural patina. The adamante finish has been brought back to it's original luster and brilliant colors. Just look at it, and you'll see that it will be difficult to find a clock that is 122 years old in this condition. The face cover is perfect, no chips, scratches or cracks in the glass and the hinge is still tight. There are a couple of small dings on the case, but that is to be expected with antiques of this age. They aren't bad at all and I show them in the pic's. It's really a gorgeous piece Bob and key inclu ded. It's 17.5"X6"X12"As with all clocks some minor adjustment may be required after shipping. .
