Seth Thomas CHIME CLOCK No. 14 manufactured in 1911 A era that has come and gone, never again will we see quality in construction and components like this again. Starting with the solid brass button feet, brass chime silent switch, brass bezel and internal clock components that can actually be overhauled when needed. This clock is 100 years old now and will still be running and chiming in 2111. That's why I go the the effort to restore these clocks back to there former glory. Just listen to the you-tube video I have attached of the clock chiming on the 5 bells, nothing compares to it....period ! This Seth Thomas Westminster Chime clock had almost everything restored including the cabinet, brass and most importantly the 8 day Seth Thomas time/strike movement and the seperate 90B chime movement. Both are running perfectly and will not need any further service for many years down the road. It is recommended that the new owner have the clock properly oiled at least every 3 years. I have tried to take enough closeups of this beautiful cabinet to give you a idea of how outstanding this clock really is.
