This is a great Seth Thomas ships clock complete with key . This clock runs well and will also chime, this is not my area of expertise so please look at all the pictures. The clock keeps good time and runs well , and it will also chime. The clock is well polished and shows well , the only sign of some age is a little dotted area on the top face cover on the under side , I've taken a close up so you can see. This dose not take away from the beauty of the clock and is hard to see . As I said I don't know a lot about clocks , but have read that this is a shelf clock which can also come with a wood stand , I don't have the stand but I believe you could hang this clock on the wall ? I also took this clock to a local clock store and they said it was a beautiful clock. This clock came from an estate sale about a month ago . Good luck bidding.
