SETH THOMAS Parlor MANTEL CLOCK with INLAY c. 1900. ORIGINAL patina IN GREAT CONDITION. Original dial, glass, pendulum and label in fine condition. Signed 8-day brass movement serviced and running. 13" TALL, 9" WIDE AND 5" DEEP. A bout us: This is our hobby business. Our passion for antique clocks seems to always result in more clocks than we can display and enjoy in our home, so we periodically sell pieces that we have painstakingly restored, serviced and ran for weeks, months or years before our latest trades. All of our pieces are hence running and will run for years to come if properly set-up and operated. We are not just another buy-sell mover of merchandise that provides no added value. Trained in Germany by a clocksmith during the cold war and skilled at restorations of all types, we don't restore unless the piece is totally unsigthly or marginalized, then we do only what is necessary to bring it back to an "Authentic Condition". With our extensive library of antique clock references combined with those of the NAWCC (membership periodically since 1985) we would never present a marriage clock without stating so, and only do this when we have received one in this condition and lack the parts to make it a proper marriage. We do not attempt to describe every minute flaw as this is left to the photographs. If you have questions, read more
