This is a Rare Old Seth Thomas Ships Rope Gallery Clock that has a very heavy rope twist Oak Case, fitted with a heavy cast brass bezel and dial ring. The Rope Twist case gives it a nautical look.
It has a two wind time movement that is in running condition. It probably needs cleaned, oiled, and adjusted. The old oak case is in nice condition, and has the look of a ships rope, the painted dial has some chipping. The clock has a 9 1/8 diameter, a 6 diameter dial, and is 3 thick. It appears like the hands have been replaced. The clock is heavy. We sell all clocks as is. This is a nice collectable clock that would be great in a clock collection, or a nautical collection.
