Royal-Oak-Cottage...Shabby, timeworn pieces for the home. Shipping: Available for local pick up or $100 shipped via Greyhound, which requires station pick up in your area. Features: -Paris Black finish with timeworn rubbed edges. Top is handwaxed solid Walnut. -The dowel jointed drawers and solid wood back date this piece to the mid 1800's...a true anique! -Plenty of embossed carvings, inset side panel detail, French Country styling. -The well-worn top with nicks, gouges and wormholes add tons of character. -3 solid dowel jointed drawers are freshly lined and have new sparkling glass knobs. Top is 6" deep, 2 others are 7" deep. -All 3 drawers have keyholes with locks. No key, so the function of the locks is unknown. -The top drawer stands out a few inches further than the bottom drawers and is flanked with spindle detail on both corners. -A thick apron with plinth block ends complete the look. -Has the typical nicks, dings, and gouges that make vintage furniture all the more appealing. -Very heavy and solid. No loose joints or wobbles. -Nice accent piece for any room. -Perfect addition to your Shabby Cottage / Romantic / French Country style decor. The Other Stuff: All sales final.
