WE WILL ACCEPT THE FIRST REASONABLE OFFER SO ACT NOW!!!! This is a great set with few flaws. All pieces are very well built and rock solid. Not even so much as a creak in any of the chairs. The drawers and doors in the case pieces operate with ease. The drawers in all the case pieces are dovetailed. This set was professionally painted back in the 70's. It is cream or off white with light green hues and gold accents. This set features Victorian and Gothic style carvings and lines. It dates to the 1930's. The paint is still in great shape showing little in the way of wear. It came from a clean non smoking household in the Philadelphia area. THE MEASUREMENTS WILL BE WITH THE INDIVIDUAL PHOTOS. 's an overall view of the entire 10 piece set. Starting from the right, we'll have a look at the china cabinet or hutch. MEASUREMENTS: 62" tall, 41" wide and 18" deep. Moving to the left, are some views of the server. MEASUREMENTS: 35" tall, 18 1/2" deep and 40" wide or long. The top of the server has a very small scuff in the paint as shown. Moving to the left we have the table. This is a refractory model which means the leaves pull out of the ends. Measurements in the closed position are 62" long, 38" wide and 31 1/4" tall. With both leaves extended the table measures 96" long. The previous owner always kept a table cloth on the table so t is very little in the way of wear to the top. T is a scuff on the edge of the table and an even smaller scuff on the top as shown. are some views of the stretcher type base. Those bulbous legs are about 4" thick on all the pieces making this a rock solid set. You get 6 chairs with this set consisting of 2 arm chairs and 4 side chairs. You may want to change the material on the seats as it does show some wear and a couple of stains. This would be an easy task. The seats simply unscrew from the chairs, then using a staple gun you would just staple the new material on. All the chairs are rock solid. T are of course some scuffs to the paint on the legs and both arm chairs show expected wear to the paint on the arms. We didn't get the measurements of the chairs but they do all fit around the table. If these measurements are important to you just let us know. Moving to the left we have the buffet. This piece weighs a ton! Very strong and rock solid. Drawers and doors open and close properly. MEASUREMENTS: 69" WIDE, 20 1/2" DEEP AND 37 " TALL The top of the buffet has a faint shadow w the previous owner had placed a doiley. It's not evident unless you look closely at just the right angle in just the right light. It may even polish out. We haven't tried. You're looking at this set just the way we took it out of the house. And a final view. Thanks for looking.
