Please read the complete listing for important information about new eBay shipping fees- This beautiful candle holder is shaped like a lotus blossom, has lots of great color in it when light shines on it. It holds pillar candles-the one included is a 3", but it will hold up to 4". The candle was lit for about 60 seconds when I was trying to get a picture of it in the dark-it looked beautiful, but it didn't take the picture very good. I had 2 of these & the other one had a sticker on the bottom that said Shannon Crystal Designs of Ireland-Made in China. This one doesn't have any stickers or markings. It's 7" across, & 2&1/4" tall for the crystal without the candle. If you have any questions, please ask & I'll try to answer to the best of my abilities. No cracks, chips, breaks or crackling. *INSURANCE IS INCLUDED*ALL SALES ARE FINAL-AS IS-NO RETURNS* Please be sure to read all of the following for return policy & further shipping & paymen t information* eBay has just informed sellers that they are going to start charging us a fee on our shipping charges beginning in July. It's going to be a percentage of the shipping we charge. Since I use calculated shipping on most of my listings, it will vary based on YOUR particulars- e.g. distance, weight, how it's shipped, etc. So if you see a dramatic jump in shipping charges from ALL SELLERS, around that time, please write to eBay-not the sellers. Many of us have complained, but we as sellers don't count-it's the buyers that have the voices with eBay. I don't accept returns unless I have made an error in the listing that affects the quality or purpose of the item. Changing your mind-also commonly called buyer's remorse IS NOT MY ERROR, & not a reason to void a binding contract to buy. Reading the listing description all the way through, & inspecting the pictures closely is YOUR responsibility. So please read all the description information & look at the pictures carefully before bidding/buying . I'm happy to answer any questions or add another picture for a different angle or specific feature, etc. etc., before you commit to buy so there won't be any hard feelings on either side. I'd rather take care of any issues before a purchase than to have an unhappy buyer later. *As a courtesy to buyers who may want to shop a little longer, I don't usually require immediate payment on my buy-it-now prices. Sometimes I may make an exception for electronics- because we get pranksters generally associated with those items. But as a return courtesy to me, I request that buyers either pay within 24 hours, or contact me & let me know when to expect payment. I have my system set up to send an invoice every day as a reminder. I don't want to offend you by shoving annoying emails down your throat, so if you contact me, we can avoid any hard feelings or misunderstandings. Thanks! *Please note-eBay has changed the policies on unpaid items. It used to be a week before it was considered an unpaid item, BUT IT'S NOW ON THE 4th DAY. If it's not paid for within 3 days, on the 4th day an unpaid item dispute WILL be filed. eBay then takes over, & gives the buyer 4 more days to pay for the purchase. An unpaid item mark is then put against the buyers account if it's still not paid for. An unpaid item mark may affect future buying or selling on eBay. This change is because so many sellers complained that it tied up the item for 2 weeks or more while waiting for payment or to be able to re-list the item if it didn't get paid. Since I have a store here on eBay, the Unpaid Item Manager is AUTOMATIC for my listings. That means I don't do it myself, it's done by eBay! I've had several no-pays over the past year, so it's becoming a major problem for me as well. Because I have a small store, & am retired on a (very small) fixed income, I can't afford to have eBay charging me listing fees, store fees, final selling fees, & have PayPal getting a percentage as well, & then not get paid. USPS & UPS s hipping rates went up March '09, again January 4th, 2010- and were supposed to go ...
