Included are three original hand colored copper plate engravings on hand laid paper by Shaw and Nodder for the Naturalist's Miscellany. The work was published in 24 volumes illustrating birds, fish, shells, exotic marine life, butterflies, insects, reptiles, etc. All the prints were hand colored using a combination of watercolor and layered gouache.
