This is a beautiful Black Cloth and Red Embodied Flowers SHAWL brought home from CUBA during the SPANISH AMERICAN WAR. T was a slip of paper with the shawl that gives the information. (Note picture). Also note on the pictures t is some wear on the edges, and I found 2 places w the green embroider is raveled. Amazingly the thread is still attached. The cloth measures approx. 47 1/2 inches square and the fringes average 12 inches. It has been in storage for many years. A great piece from American History. Please ask questions before bidding, and I will answer as quickly as possible. Buyer pays priority shipping and handling of $5.75(continental U.S.). Buyer outside of continental U.S. will be sent an invoice at the end of the auction and billed accordingly. Insurance is optional, but seller not responsible for uninsured item. I accept PayPal, cashiers checks, money orders, and personal checks. With personal checks, please allow 7 days for check to clear. Thank you for looking. Check out my other items !|
