Shawnee 1940's Winking Owl Cookie Jar. Another of my auction finds, not cleaned, leaving that to new owner. Head and body CREAN COLOR with face of Pinkish orange around eyes Eyes are Brown, Blue, and Brown center (see pictures) Body has Gray on neck, Brown toes,and Gray tail feathers. (see pictures)Fearthrs are in high relief. Marked USA on bottom.Left Eye is closed (Winking) Gray with Brown thru center. No CHIPS, CRACKS, or BREAKS. Wt. App.3 1/2# ht. App.11 1/2 in. S/H $15.00. Insurance recommended, (will not be responsible for USPS problems) insurance based on USPS PRICES. I pack as carefully as possible with both bubble wrap and peanuts (just like I would like to receive my packages) Please wait for invoice before paying, due to insurance costs. Shipped within 3 days of payment confermation. I'm no expert in any way and describe as carefully as I can. All questions welcome.
