Up for auction is a Sheaffer Intrigue ballpoint pen in 22k satin gold plate and matte black. It was used little and is in near mint condition except for some micro signs of wear. No box or papers. The pen is approximately 5 and 1/8 inches long. It is well-balanced and comfortable to write with. The point retracts with a twist mechanism. Sheaffer's signature white dot is embedded in the clip and the company name is engraved on the barrel. The Intrigue line was discontinued by Sheaffer so these pens will become increasingly rare and hard to find.
