Sheaffer Targa, gold plated, in excellent condition. There are no visible signs of use, just a very light patina of drawer scratches. The inlaid nib is a generous and responsive medium. You wouldn't call it flexible, but with quite moderate pressure you can get it to broad. This is the full size Targa, that takes regular cartridges. I'll include a couple. And yes, it has the White Dot. A handsome pen, indeed, with a cartouche on the cap just waiting for a presentation inscription. I will post this anywhere in the world for US$10, protected by a strong piece of plastic pipe. Please see my other listings.
