3 piece Carving Set I bought this set at an estate sale. The knife is marked Fine Quality Forged F.A. Kirk(Cutlers)Ltd. Sheffield Made in England Stainless Steel The fork is marked F. A. KIRK LTD FORGED STEEL SHEFFIELD ENGLAND I do not see any makers mark on the last piece, which is a bit more ornate. All of these pieces seem to be in solid, good used condition. They do show some age. I see some light scratches on the knife blade(although it does not look overly used). The walnut case is marked Gerber Legendary Blades with a sticker that says Solid American Walnut. The case is in fair condition with a broken hinge a couple loose wood pieces (easily repairable in my opinion). Some worn spots on the velvet. Check out my other items ! As usual, this auction will start at $1.00 and NO RESERVE! ~just because it's more fun that way~ Shipping will be done by Fed Ex or USPS. The shipping calculator will give you a Priority USPS rate, but may be shipped Fed Ex. It depends on what side of town I'm on with my packages. If you take serious offence to this, please don't bid. All items are usually shipped on business days within 24 hours of payment cleared. The items I sell are usually from estates or local auctions. I have no professional skills or expertise with these items. Unless stated, these are sold as is, as found. I describe what is in front of me to the best of my ability, but please feel free to ask questions- I don't always know what gives an item value or detracts from it. The items I sell are items that I would be comfortable buying myself and I do my best to describe all flaws that I find .
