This auction is for 2 [two] serving pieces: one large fork and one large spoon. They are Sheffield stainless steel (made in England) and the handles are Stag Horn, naturally shed and hand milled by expert craftsmen. No animals are ever harmed during the manufacturing process, all antlers are naturally shed. These 2 pieces, and approximately 90 other pieces (including a tray and other serving pieces) of this Stag Horn Cutlery Collection, were purchased (brand new of course) from The Point Resort in Saranac Lake, New York. The entire collection was about $8,000. This serving set was approximately $340, being offered to you at a fraction of that. They have never been used, are totally brand new. They measure 14" in length and are dramatic, substantial pieces, yet still fit quite comfortably in the hand. The serving ends are in a beautiful shell design, and the other ends have an elaborately detailed engraved pattern and are sterling silver engraved 925. An extremely attractive pattern, beautiful stag handles, sterling silver decoration, and Sheffield stainless - you get it all.
