Hi up for auction is a Early 1940's Green Shelby Travler 26"ladies bicycle. It has a horn tank, truss rods and sports the wide 2.25vintage tires. This bike is a very rare find as it's a one owner. and is a factoy original It was used very little, has you can see in the pictures. In fact I've sold many bikes, but this one is by far the best kept vintage original that I've seen. It was stored inside a back porch. and covered when she was not being used. The paint is very nice, and is like new,but t are some scratches on the front and rear fenders on the bottom side. The seat shows some cracking of the leather. and one original hand grip left side is missing the end rubber tip. T are no dents, the forks are great, the spokes are tight. The pedals show very little use, I thought I had a photo of the rear reflector, but I did not. That's really neat. Also it drives and rides great. I was told that a neighbor changed the front lite out. in the 1970's I left it on, he did use the original holes. I have no idea w the original light went. Also new rubber was added at some point. Other then the lite and the new tires. it 100% factory original. If your a Shelby buff, you might want to add this one. As with all my auctions if this is not a true description of the said condition. I will buy it back. This auction is for the lower 48 states only read more
