RARE SHELLEY COBALT BLUE WITH BEAUTIFUL GOLD GILDING TEA SET CONDITION: EXCELLENT VINTAGE COLLECTOR QUALITY. Clean, No cracks, no chips, no stains, no repairs, no crazing. Andyes, the Great “Shelley Ping” . Please review all photographs as they are an important partof the description...sorry for the light flashes and white outs...the gold is vibrant and bright, the cobalt blue is solid! Ask any questions you may have prior to bidding. I will be offering over time my extensive personal collection of tea sets, primarily Shelley and Aynsley (and my husband’s WWII Paragon ‘Patriotic Series’ collection), as I proceed with retirement ‘downsizing’…near 100% of my tea sets are old vintage English from the 1900 to 1950s era, unused other than for display within my many and large (protected from sunlight and dust) glassed china cabinets that have dominated our home for decades.
