SHELLEY DEMITASSE CUP & SAUCER! THISTLE EXCELLENT CONDITION! Up for auction is a darling Fine Bone China Demitasse Cup & Saucer from Shelley England in the Thistle pattern. This set is in excellent vintage condition! This set was on display in a cabinet - it saw limited use on special occasions. Both cup and saucer are in excellent condition and t are no chips, cracks, repairs, hairlines or crazing, just a few minor surface scratches from a bit of use and moving around. This is a fantastic set to add to your collection! Shelley England Thistle Fine Bone China Height of Cup: 2.5 inches Diameter of Cup: 2.5 inches Diameter of Saucer: 4.75 inches Excellent condition! However, my idea of "excellent condition" may not be your idea of excellent condition. Some of the items come from my closet and others from friends and family. I would never auction something that I would not wear out of the house myself in its current state, but some things may be put up for auction in a previously used state, ie, they could use dry cleaning, washing or ironing. Alas, I would love to get everything cleaned before I list it, but this just isn't possible or practical. IN ADDITION: Buying something on ebay should be a positive experience for both buyer and seller. I try to describe the items in the most accurate way possible. If t are flaws in an item, I try to clearly outline them.
