This is a large Shelley bowl, 25.5cm wide and 7.5cm high. It has dark green edging and a light green wash. The patter is the popular Melody chintz. There are no cracks, chips or crazing and no restoration. The only thing that must be mentioned is there is some small age related scratching on the interior of the bowl, probably from use. It is an imposing piece of pottery.
