4 Shelley LILY OF THE VALLEY 13822 coffee/demi-tasse cups and saucers . Pattern No 1 3822 Lily of the valley : Tiny white lillies against broad lily leaves on a white ground. Green edges and handles. Entered in pattern book 1955. The shape of these sets is the Henley shape which was produced between 1938 & 1964. All 4 sets are in e xcellent clean pristine condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, scratches or rubbing. All pieces have an excellent "ping" to them when lightly tapped. The backstamp is the 1940-1966 green cartouche. Approximate measurements of each set: base of cup 39 mm (1. 5 inches) / across top 70 mm ( 2.75 inches) / height 59mm (2. 3 inches) / saucer diameter 1 23 mm ( 4.8 inches) / box weighs approximately 1.1 kilos when packaged.
