Up for auction 2 Cereal Bowls with flat rim Near mint condition some light scratching from use US Navy Anchor Officer's China not sure of exact age different companies produced different pieces for the navy with anchor insignia between 1940 and 1970 Measure 6 3/4'' across and 2'' deep rim is about 1 1/4'' actual dimension of inside of bowl is 5'' Stamp on back read SHENANGO New castle PA U.S.A Anchor Hocking b6-41 A piece of history rescued from a base closing... If these dishes could only talk I wonder what they would say....all the people who have eaten off of them and for what occasions... hot collectible right now.Please see other pieces I have up and please keep watching I have a few more to come....
