'The Shining' - 2 CD Special Edition Soundtrack ...All Work And No Play Makes Jack A Dull Boy ... CD 1 consists of the original Shining soundtrack and includes dialogue bits from the movie (Note: The dialogue tracks are separate and do not play over the music tracks) CD 2 consists of 31 very rare additional alternative tracks composed by Wendy Carlos for the film. Over an hour of unfinished, expanded and rejected pieces of both studio tests and orchestral pieces. S ome pieces have been heard (“Clockworks” was the music used for the original trailer) but much of it comes from artistic development.
