Large hand made wooden schooner ship model, circa 1900-1920. The ship is the ''AERIE'' out of Rockland, Maine.The bottom is tarnished copper paint, topside is black, deck is natural with varnish, spars and deck furniture are varnished. Finely detailed rigging and top deck. Lift hull with partially hollowed deck over full run skeg keel, wood spars, brass hardware, standing rigging with twisted wire, running rigging - linen/bone blocks, steering gear is working brass, sails are double stitched. Deck hardware fine quality, detailed with dry card compass/binnacle. Dimensions are: loa 81'', lod 63'', beam 12'', h-k/d 10'', h-fore 57'', h-fore 55''. Weighs approx. 35 lbs.. Excellent restored condition. Exterior is original, restored. From a home in Rockland, Maine.
