Shriner's Minneapolis 1917 Milk Glass Commemorative Tumbler Syria Temple - Donkey The year was 1917 and the dates were June 26-28. The event was a Grand Lodge convention meeting in Minneapolis, Minnesota involving the Syria Temple of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This commemorative tumbler was created by the Westmoreland Glass Company to honor this special affair. The tumbler measures 3¾" tall and has a 2½" opening. T is a painted gold rim around the perimeter of the opening that shows some slight wear to the gold. The square base of the tumbler measures 1-5/8". Each of the four paneled sides of the tumbler is decorated in its inset arch as seen in the pictures below. The tumbler is unmarked as to manufacturer and is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks. We try to provide an accurate photo and description of the items we sell.
