The Shure Green Bullet Harmonica Microphone, model 520DX is perfect for the blues as well as other styles of harmonica playing. It is slighly more compact than the Hohner Blues Blaster and also has a handy volume control which I really like. Its cup shaped housing design makes this easy to use to capture just the right tones of your harmonica. It is an omni-directional, High Z, high impedence microphone. The 1/4 inch jack plugs directly into an amp. Frequency response is 100-5,000 Hz. It's satin plated grille and metallic green acrylic enamel housing gives it a great retro look that you'll appreciate. It is covered by a manufacturer's two year limited warranty which includes all parts and labor. Owner's manual is multi-lingual in English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portugese, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
