This is the Sideshow Exclusive version of the Incredible Hulk Premium Format Statue. The statue does have a few paint scuffs on it. See photos for what I found. There is also a paint crack on the base where the toe covers it. The glue on the bottom that attaches the foam to the base bottom seems to be separating a little. It also says not for resale on the bottom of the base by the edition size. I received this as a gift years ago and I never thought to ask what that meant. Perhaps it was a store copy? I did my best to document all the defects in the photos, but it's possible I missed a nick or two. If you are super picky about your collectibles I would suggest you pass on this one. But if you are looking to add a holy grail statue to your collection and are willing to look past some minor flaws, then this is for you.It does not come with any of the original packaging. This is a giant statue. Weighs about 50lbs. It will be shipped in a giant box surrounded by bubble wrap, foam, and styrofoam peanuts. I will be shipping it as cheap as I can, so please do not ask me if I can ship it any cheaper. Package will be shipped with insurance in case it arrives damaged beyond the paint issues.For international buyers, the package will be shipped using the eBay international shipping program. It costs a little more, but is better protection
