First of all I want to apologize for my photography which does this piece NO justice and makes the vase appear crooked - which I assure you it is not!

Up for auction is this rare, beautifully handpainted Famille Rose vase decorated with an intricate painted dragon, various flowers, leaves, geometrical designs and two gold handles. Painted with arrays of yellow, green, teal, blue, pink, red, white and blue this vase is hand signed by the maker - unfortunately I do not know much about Asian pottery or antiques and tfore do not know who the maker is or the exact age of this piece. I do know that I saw another vase which looked almost identical on Ebay recently and it went for over $1700......so I would not be surprised if someone looking on knows what it is! The quality of this piece is definitely high end and the entire piece has minute details that can only be seen in person -very hard to picture tiny brush strokes particularly the scales on the dragon. Measuring 6.5" high x 3.5" across.

In pristine condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. As you can see in the last picture t are two tiny rubs on the tail of the dragon which are not very noticeable in person (I magnified the picture so you could see them). They in NO way take away from the beauty of this piece. A great addition to any collection of Antique Chinese Famille Rose, Rose Medallion, Chinese Export, Famille Juane or a stunning and valuable piece in its own right.
