Signed D.J. Bergamo (LR) oil on masonite depicting a Southwestern landscape. Dorothy Johnson Bergamo (B.1912) established herself not only as an art teacher but also as a painter and lithographer in the style of abstract expressionism. This piece most likely painted in the late 1930`s-1940`s when Bergamo traveled to New Mexico. Site: 20`H x 24`W; Frame: 26`H x 30`W.
