SIGNED Dave Gibbons WATCHING THE WATCHMEN BLOWOUT $30limited edition, signed, with 8 collector cards Retail: $50. Now OUT OF PRINT.
Another warehouse find: EIGHT copies of this collectible book. These are mint condition copies, in publisher's shrinkwrap. NOT AVAILABLE in bookstores or online "big box" stores, this is the Diamond Comics Exclusive edition, which features: a newly designed cover, a printed limitation sheet of black-and-white pencil art, which bears an ORIGINAL SIGNATURE by Dave Gibbons , and a set of eight color prints on heavy stock, each approximately 7.75 x 11 inches. An oversized, trade hardback book measuring 9.5 x 12 inches, this is artist Dave Gibbons' WATCHMEN files opened up to reveal a wealth of previously unseen material, including conceptual sketches, rare art, thumbnail designs, character sketches, etc. The perfect visual companion to the WATCHMEN graphic novel, this is the edition of choice. We will ship this book overseas. As it weighs (without any packaging) over FOUR pounds, it's expensive to ship overseas: approximately $40 (depending on location), with delivery in 7-10 days. ********************* We have been selling on eBay since 1999. We have nearly 841 satisfied transactions and a rating of 100% in the last two years. We have been long-time dealers who handle collectibles since 1975, specializing in fantasy art, books, and other collectibles. In the U.S., we ship either by media mail, first class, or priority mail, and insure ALL packages and send them via DELIVERY CONFIRMATION for your protection. For overseas, we offer several choices, based on weight, through the US Postal Service; we always ship insured to protect you against loss. We overpack our books and all other merchandise. We use plastic bags to protect against humidity or possible water damage, brown corrugated paper as needed, bubble-wrap, and styrofoam peanuts with cushioning on all sides. We have shipped delicate sculpture, framed art, and other items that have arrived in the same condition in which they were sent. By our standards, judged on what we receive when we order from other merchants on eBay or through , 99% of what is sent does not meet our packaging standards: We've gotten slipcased books put in a manila envelope and shipped by media mail, which astounds me. We are long-time collectors and know that your order absolutely, positively, and undeniably must arrive in mint condition. We ship most all in oversized mailing tubes with plastic sleeves for protection. The mailing tubes are the same ones used by museums and galleries around the U.S. for their expensive art prints and lithos. We feel confident in stating that you will rarely get your eBay order from any other merchant packaged as carefully as what we do as a matter of course on EVERY order, be it a $5 paperback book or a collectible costing thousands of dollars. After the auction closes, eBay will send you an invoice, to be paid by PAYPAL. Follow the prompts and make payment. The book will be sent insured, with delivery confirmation, and sent by MEDIA MAIL. (For overseas, inquire as to postage costs.) _gsrx_vers_300 (GS 5.3 (300))
