This unique oil is from an artist known as Edmond Nogar from Poland his stereographic painting of flowers were done in the 60s. I found information on Mr. Nogar online. They are painted on 3 levels of glass to create a 3-D look. He got the idea for the paintings from another artist he saw while stationed in France after World War II. When he decided to try his hand at these paintings in the early '60's, he attempted to contact that French artist, only to find out that he had died. Measures 6 1/2 X 7 including the frame and 4 5/8 x 5 5/8" without. This will be a great investment as well as an unusual and unique piece of art.....Thanks and enjoy~ No Reserve!
