Signed Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec (LR) untitled reproduction of a circus scene with a bear and a horse. The print is signed in plate with monogram and also has a printer`s stamp (LL) Goupil & Co. Editeurs a Paris. Toulouse Lautrec was born in Albi, France in November of 1864 and died in Chateau de Malrome on September 9, 1901 at the age of 36. Always of frail health, his adulthood was marred by his physical handicaps and alcoholism. Lautrec`s posters were an effective form of antiacademic propaganda. His work can be seen at almost every major museum in the world. Site: 9.75`H x 7.5`W; Frame: 16.75`H x 12.75`W. Circa - Late 19th C.
