This is an adorable, whimsical plate signed by Lowell Herrero from the Vandor Company and is dated 1986. It is in excellent condition--no chips or scratches--and measure 8" in diameter. It comes with a stretch plate hanger that "grabs" the plate with four plastic-coated hooks and allows you to display it on a wall. It is one of four Herrero collectible cat plates that I am currently selling on eBay from my own collection.
